And yes I too have had the same issues with excessive pellets dumping, but seemed to get that underway. Issues with sever smoke damage in my home and 2x the auger breaking and not putting out pellets at all!
My prob is I found someone to fix it last season. They quoted 450 and charged almost 600. Of course I only paid the 450. Now it did not even last the season and I cannot use these people for one, they feel I owe them and secondly, because I expect breakage again.
I live outside of PHiladelphia PA and have no idea where else to take this stove to get fixed or have someone come in to fix it!
Totally disgusted.
What is a good brand pellet stove that can be trusted???
