drura bond is good for fiirst coat as it dries quick and can re coat 2nd coat same day. but is harder to sand so i dont use it for top coats. i actually use the drua bond 20 as it dries even faster, you gotta work quick!

the premixed lightweight is excellent for top coating, if you pass your knife over it a few times, the bubbles go away

use a 6 inch knife to startm last coat an 8 inch should do the trick

you corner tricks are good, i use a corner tool that is adjustable, its canadian, i dont know the brans, there is also a rubber thing that used for corners although i have never used

3 coats is the rule , thin as possible so sanding is a minimum, 3 coats on corners, screws, seams. i use fiberglas mesh and paper tape depending what i feel i need

remember thin coats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
