I assume this problem exist throughout the house ..including on your toilets.!!!!!
If so it must be something clogged or clogging up in the supply line coming from your water meter as Henry suggest. You probably have galvanized pipes also..and rust has built up inside and reduced the internal diameter of the pipe. If your problem is just one particular faucet---is it a problem on the cold water and hot water as well ???, then you have a clogged water line (s) or valve (s) or bad faucet!! Hope this helps.. How line has this problem been present?
