Hi
I have a broken Clopay Duralift 8000. Having spent many hours working out why it is not lifting it appears the piece of thread that sits on 2 springs that is in the box unit that runs up and down the main worm thread has broken in two pieces.
Can any one supply a new thread. It is about 3" or 4" long?
Problem is I live in England.
