New kind of paint rollers

A neighbor told us about a paint roller that holds the paint in the handle thereby not having to keep getting paint from a tray, according to a commercial she had seen. Sounds great but does anyone have any experience with it? Does it really work? Is it terribly heavy to handle? Will appreciate any info.
