Yes I have a large lopi insert and have the same issues also, but have found that if i do not clean it regulary, it will dump lots of pellets and can also break the auger. the manual says if you have alot of fine dust in the pellets, up to a cup of dust to each bag of pellets it will cause irregular operation of the auger and can even break. Since i have started keeping the stove clean once a week it works well, and also have dead spots in the house, if heat does not get to the other end of the house. try to crack the window at that end of the house and it should draw the heat that way. I am not defending Lopi because i am going to replace my stove soon also, but my stove has worked for the past 8 years for me.
