breakers get trippey

then they age they get trippey

perhaps the main is showing signs of age and is therefor trippey

i suggest rplaceing main, there cheap enough and like i says get trippey with age. this goes for all breakers, they get trippey sometimes

this is work though, i would not recomend for homeowner due to high risk of electorcution as you working with 200amp live wires. see my related post below about risks

call a licensed electrician to change main breaker and give a quick eyeball to rest of your set up while he is there

you can save money by telling the electrician the breaker box style and number and the number off the main breaker on the phone so he has it when he comes and dont have to run for it
