Hello I'm putting in a rec room and a music practice/recording room in my basement. The walls are framed out but there are a lot of water/heating pipes and electric/cable/phone wires (most but not all around the edges of the rooms) that need to be covered. Any advice on what kind of soffits to use to hide AND give easy access to this stuff to be able to maintain? or good books or web sites?
