I re-placed the 100 amp breaker outside, I re-placed the 100 amp breaker inside the pannel, I re-placed the double 30 amp breaker for the water heater, re-checked all the wiring in the box for lose wires and re-checked the 220 line on the W/H Re-placed the 220 line going to the W/H, checked all other breakers in the pannel box and the W/H still blows out the whole house and trips the mail at the pole. everything was fine until I re-placed the Damn W/H and now the heater for the home will not come on. so now I have 2 problems. I have re-placed over 30 H/W/H's in the last few years for people and I've never come accross anything like this, I GIVE UP!!
