I own a third floor condo in Lakeview chicago, Ill. This condo is on the top two floors with a roof deck. The condo is about 6 years old. I would like to know how I can find out if the roof deck( above the second floor) will support a hot tube weighing about 3,000lbs filled with water and four people.
