Repairing Granite Counter Seam

I have a granite counter that has a very obvious seam, and I've been searching for ways to make this seam blend with the colors of the stone. Are there materials I can buy that will help me make this seam less noticeable? I'm pretty handy. So, if there is a way to take care of this problem, I'm sure I can do it. Was this post helpful?
