RE; Rockwell table saw

I'm having same problem on my Rockwell 10" contractor's saw. Mine will trip the breaker. Its not the belt, not a dull blade and not alignment.

What would a new or re-built motor cost (ballpark?) I like the saw and getting a comparable saw is at least $600
