MY TOILET SEEMS TO FLUSH FINE AND THE BOWL FILLS UP BUT 30 MINUTES LATER THE BOWL IS ALMOST EMPTY. WHAT CAN THIS PROBLEM BE AND HOW DO I FIX IT?
