it could probably be reworked to do what you want........DEPENDING on what is there.....

Replace both switches with single pole/single throw switches.........

If the Fan/Light FEED is in the ceiling.....

Use the two 3-wire switch runs as a switch loops using the black and red wires.........


If the power feeds one switch first.......

then use the 2 whites as neutral.......

Connect the 2 Blacks and also pigtail to one screw on the switch......

Then connect the red wire to the switch to carry the switched power to the fan/light.....

Wire the other switch as a switch loop using red/black..........(just wirenut both ends of the unused white wire)
