I have not tried it on concrete and am only just learning how to apply it on wood.
The material itself is pretty impressive, the instructions are no where near as easy to follow as they claim, however, if you read the instructions over several days and run a few tests, they become pretty clear.
The folks at Sani-tred are also pretty helpful over the phone if you have questions.
Can't give you any details on long term performance as we are just now applying the stuff.
