Help I'm under construction and my contractor just delivered my clawfoot tub with runs on the outside and rough interior walls. The inside bottom of the tub is smooth and shiny but also has a big run. I have the new beautiful chrome fixtures ordered and he refuses to redo the exterior of the tub. That my quote on that would have been $4000.00 had he quoted to sandblast and redo the exterior. I live in Dayton Ohio and I'm working with Dyer Construction Company, am I wrong here, or is the cost that much..... My boyfriend says he saw a show a few months ago showing how to refinish a clawfoot tub for $600. Please let me know asap. We've been without a tub for a month. Sincerely, Jennifer McCroson
