I had a Bryant furance installed in 1998, and have nothing but problems since. I have tried earnestly to get some help from the main corporation, but I keep getting the run-around. When I began to research information concerning Bryant furnaces, I noticed HUNDREDS of complaints. I told a friend of mine about this, and she advised looking into a class action suit since so many of us have had to sink more money into a furnace which should have worked from the start.
