your providing very little to go on and any answer will be a guess
perhaps this kind of problem really is a eyes on, feeley,lookie kind of thing where posting is not going to get you an answer.
your answer is going to come thru observation, touching, smelling, weaiting for rain, climbing on the roof and what not
have you done the stupid stuff like clean your gutters, checking ground slopes away from house and no rain is pooling next to home and leaders have long extensions away from home? have you done that?
