Super glue

Acetone will soften superglue but I feel that a razor blade or very sharp knife, like an X-Acto blade is the best choice so you don't harm the laminate.

Just to make both Wick and dp upset with me, I think that using newspaper as a work surface for this is an invitation to then remove glue and newspaper from the laminate. My favorite surface for something like this is homosote but I understand that it is not cheap and most people don't have scrap pieces around. Scrap drywall is another good choice because the gypsum absorbs any spilled glue.
