We have had over $500.00 in repair bills to replace the ETC board of a Neptune purchased in 1998. The last estimate for ETC board replacement number three which was declined was another $480.00! The problem is a recurring one; two resistors 'fry'and prevent the door from locking and the machine from spinning. Is anyone spearheading a class action suit?
