My girlfriemd has terrazo flooring beneath her carpet. She wants to remove the carpet and expose her terrazo flooring. There are nails in the flooring from the present carpet and when she tried to remove them the terrazo flooring chipped in some spots. Should she try to cut the nails somehow flush with the floor or remove them and then fill the terrazo?
