Maytag Neptune Frontload washer

I too have a Neptune Frontload, up until 2 weeks ago I LOVED it...now it will not continue the wash cycle. I have been told it is most likely the door mecanizm that needs to be replaced. It is only 2 yrs old and after paying over $1000 for it I expected a lot of years of service before having to have work done on it. I had the hardest time finding a Maytag repair man. No other washer repair place would touch a Maytag!!!And due to it being Christmas week I may have to wait for them to come! I called the shop I bought it at and was told there is no warrentee on it now! I will continue to contact Maytag for the reimbursement of my expenses for the repairs as it is quite apparant I am not the only one with this problem. Good luck to any others out there!
