Are you sure the frame is out of square? Do you know how to check it by measuring corner to corner?

If the frame is square, it sounds like the wheels closest to the handle need to be lowered and the other set of wheels need to be raised.

How old is the door and what type is it? (wood, aluminum, vinyl.)

Post back with some more info and we can go from there.
