I have an opening cut that is at a 45 degree angle. I'm trying to make a cased opening, and have put the inside jamb in, and need to figure out the angle; however, I can't figure out how to use my speed square to calculate angles. I've tries several, and haven't gotten it yet. A 60 degree angle leaves a 1/4" gap at the top when lined up. A 45 degree angle causes a 90, and not the ultimate 45 degrees that it is already on...Please help.

Thanks,
Steve
