Shawn, If you search the WEB, there are quite a few books, videos, and actual plans out there to do this. As for 'decent loft plans', well, that's a subjective description to which I can't attest. (I've never made them myself.) Try Loft Bed Plans, and go to the BOTTOM of the page after it loads. For $9.95, you can't go wrong. And e-mail them if you have any questions.
