Depends on how dirty it is...if is not too bad,try a petroleum based cleaner(Lestoil)and then followup with a clear amonia to remove any residue.If it is real bad,you can get an acid based cleaner at your local tile supplier,home depot or Lowes.Be sure to follow saftey precautions...for eyes and skin!! This stuff works great..be sure to rinse thoroughly and consider sealing your slate floors..its the way to go....good luck Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
