If you need parts see http://www.softenerparts.com. I have a Saxton Model 5600 Econominder and they have everything I need. Softeners are pieced together regardless of manufacturer and you simply need to ID you controller. The site is not super easy but there is a phone number and they are very nice. I searched the web for Model 5600 Econominder and got a ton of hits. Good luck.
