Greetings Pat,

Sorry for the delayed responce but, I had to do some last minute holiday shoping.


Anyway, your friend is right. You should use a wisk broom or equivelent and a vacume cleaner.

Never use any type of lubricant!

To find out what you need to do, a good test would be to open the door and look at the track to see if there is any wear. If there is wear on the track, You might need to adjust the wheels or replace them.

To adjust the wheels you will need a screwdriver to turn an adjustment screw at the bottom of the operating panel, facing you, or on the sides of the bottom operating panel.
