kENMORE DRYER NOT HEATING NOT ELEMENT THOUGH

Hi, my Kenmore dryer has stopped heating. It turns normally, just wont warm up to dry. My dad bought a new element and thermostat and replaced them... it still won't heat up... What else could it be??? Thanks
