i'm taking down a wallpaper border in my dining room and it just isin't coming off. I would like to do it myself but am stuck!! the print of the paper comes off easily but the once was sticky part is not and by chipping away at it in ruining the paint. just to let you know i will be putting crown molding over area where the border is now.
