I just moved to a home with a propane-heated Jacuzzi in the back yard. While it appears to be in fairly good condition, I have no idea how to take care of it. Were can I find instructions? What should I do?

I've drained it and would like to use a cleanser to really clean it before I refill it and begin to moniter its chlorine and ph levels. What can I use?

There's some metal wall-mounted box thing near it that has a clock/timer in it and an On/Off dial beneath it (it's seperate from the heating unit which has its own On/Off switch and temperature level dial). What is this? A timer to regulate heating? A circuit breaker? What?

Help,
Liz :)
