Every appliance has an order (sequence) of operation. You have to figure out what step your furnace is missing. This is called troubleshooting. 1) thermostat calls for heat 2) pilot is lit and thermocouple is generating DC Millivoltage to gas valve. 3) gas valve opens and ignites main burners 4) blower motor comes on at a preset limit. 5) temp limit closes gas valve. Try to figure out what's not happening in your situation.
