Take the door out and inspect the wheels. Make sure they are free and clear.
If you have a 2" gap at the bottom, then the back wheels are down way too much, (raising the back end of the door), and the front wheels are not down at all. And it also sounds like your door frame is out of square.
Find out what year and model door you have and get a hold of Andersen to order the parts.
