There are many brands of Latex Paint on the market today and most are pretty good. I live in southeast Ga. where the sun and salt air can distroy the paint on your house. In useing several different brands of paint I have found Sears Weather Beater 20 yr paint actually holds up better than any I've used. Although this paint does have mildue adhibiters in it, you can add more which will enhance the life of the paint.
