i have a Horton Home that is about 10yrs old and I want to paint the walls-some say paint over the seam boards (alot of them for my taste_ others said they removed the seam covers and had a large space to fill-and everyone around my neighbor hood had different techniques-and some walls looked very very "flat"-so I come to the experts!
