need some advice, please

I am looking for a pole barn with a loft size of 1,200 sq.ft. to accomodate 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
My caretaker has a family of 4 and I want them to live above the barn. Any suggestions on website that show floor plans for an oversize loft?
