Ever since putting in a new low flow toilet the tank has had floating dark blue/black particles in it. When flushed it leaves a permanent dark ring in the toilet bowl. I have tried emptying out the tank and scrubbing it clean, using bleach in the tank water and bleach tablets. The stuff keeps coming back. I assume this stuff is mold. How can I get rid of it?
