baseboard heating

I have base board heating in my home. I have 3 boys, 2 of are under 5years, the problem i am having is in the bathroom well we will say there aim is not perfect, it is going on the baseboard heater, and in the winter time it is awful, i have tried scrubbing them but that does not seem to work. Is there something i can buy to cover these so that i do not have this problem?
