steel framed basement windows

I have been on search for several years.
Kanal makes a awning window that opens in and the
vinyl caps to cover the remaining steel frames.
You but them up against the inside of the frame.
They hinge at the top and open in.
Right now there is a delay in production.
I found one other window such as this. But it
is for new consturction and they want you to
mortar it in. It is $100.00 more a window.
It anyone else knows of anywhere else to get one
let me know. Due to my window wells and my
dropped ceiling mine have to hinge at the top and
open in. I also found new steel ones like I have
at Southerland Lumbar.
