would like to know what exact positon the seam tape should be in relation to carpet when seaming and should i run the hot iron directly on the glue side or paper backing when seaming, should i flip the carpet onto the faric side and iron the seam tape to the carpet backing along the joint or keep the carpet right side up and tape underneath as i iron, as you can see this is our first remodeling
