Just wanted to thank you for this! I found your solution a few nights ago after returning from a structure fire, so was pretty tired & neglected to save. Anyway, searched forever today looking for the same. During the Christmas holidays, water overflowed from a plant on a piano; we never noticed until too late - too much "stuff" on top. Am currently in the process of remedying the mishap; never thought of the alcohol, so - thanks, again; you're a lifesaver, too! ;-)
