Thanks for the help. It appears to only be clogged with ice. I found some info on another site describing how to check the water valve. It checked out okay so I took the tube inside the freezer out and sure enough...clogged. Water valve doesn't appear to be leaking when shut off so I hope it's just a fluke. Thanks again.
