Own a brick ranch purchased back in June. Home was built in 1969. Home came with a heated ceiling fan installed in the hall bathroom. As for heating, we rarely if ever use it. Electric heat is about the most expensive type of heat you can get. To remove moisture, I simply open a window and shut the door. Personally, it seems like a nice thing to have in warming up the bathroom on cold mornings. But even then we rarely if ever use it.
