Not sure I follow all that... Posted by Jonathan Maresky on January 4th, 2004 01:18 AM In reply to TV/VIDEO by Rocketmanallen on January 3rd, 2004 02:40 AM [Go to top of thread]
Thanks RMA,
1. What do you mean "on the back of the devices"? I must look physically behind the devices (TV, VCR) for the correct channel, or that I perform the setting on the physical back of the devices?
2. How do I put the VCR channel tuner in command? Switch the "VCR/TV" to "VCR"?
Perhaps PAL/SECAM VCRs work differently to NTSC? I remember that with my NTSC VCR in the US, as soon as I connected it, the VCR displayed tuning instructions on the screen when the TV was tuned to channel 3. But this VCR isn't doing that - that is why perhaps the user manual will help...
What I have done so far is:
- Turn TV to 3 (also 4)
- Switch "TV/VCR" switch to "VCR"
No change, except that when I flip the "TV/VCR" switch, the picture changes from clear to fuzzy.
Thanks again,
