so what is it a clear water based polyurathane satin?

you should call and find out exactly if its a water based finish or oil based and if its polyurathane, verthane or what?

then you could know and go to sherman willams web site and look up care instructions yourself

meanwhile i would just wipe it down with a mild soap and no pledge or any garbage like that
