And never had a problem. Here's the solution:

- Pump it out every 2 years.
- No bleach or harsh chemicals should ever go into it.
- Use only white toilet paper.

Additional things that help.

- Pump wash & softener water outside, don't overwork the tank.
- Use low flow toilets etc.
- don't use garbage disposal, food takes up 3X the space as waste does.

This is all you need to know and if you follow these simple suggestions, you'll never have a problem.
