Lots of good points brought up in last reply.Installing a French drain is laborous, but a simple job and that will give the water a place to go under the floor. or maybe install a floor on top of the existing floor. Also a tip, I'm reading finished basement. Like you would a car get a new pump about every 5 years. A little extra insurance against a flood. C.
