i used the iron and paper towels a little while ago and it worked. only now i think i scortched my carpet, it's discolored because i also put some carpet cleaner with some detergent and and a little bleach in a bowl and tried to clean the area. Now, it's scortched and a little lighter in spots. Did I ruin my carpet or is there hope?
