I put in Shaw laminate flooring and am getting black film on my socks when I walk on it. I can use a damp cloth at ANY time, even right after cleaning, and pick up black on the cloth. I was told to use Clorox wet mop on it. What could be causing this? Is there something I could use to clean it so the black film wouldn't be there?
