Not a problem, just a matter of maintenance. The water in the radiators evaporates and is replaced by air after a year or so. If you open the relief valve on the radiator, the air will escape and be replaced with water in the system. You must make sure the water pressure in the system is adequate to replace the air that is escaping from the radiator(s) you are filling. There should be a valve somewhere in your basement near the boiler that allows you to fill your system.
